Gold Coast and Byron Bay are in different time zones during Daylight Saving (October to April). During this period, Byron Bay (NSW) is 1 hour ahead of the Gold Coast (QLD). All times shown are local to each stop — please check carefully when planning your journey. Outside of Daylight Saving (May to September), both states are on AEST and times are consistent.

What if my flight is delayed?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to move you to the next available service. We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes between your flight arrival and your shuttle departure.
Can I change my departure time after booking?
Yes — use our online booking portal with your booking reference and original email to reschedule at no charge (subject to availability).
