The shuttle bus from Surfers Paradise to Byron Bay takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2. How long does the shuttle bus take from Byron Bay to the Gold Coast airport?
The shuttle bus from Byron Bay to Gold Coast airport takes approximately 45-50 minutes.

3. How long does the shuttle bus take between the Gold Coast airport and Surfers Paradise?
The shuttle bus between the Gold Coast airport and Surfers Paradise takes approximately 35 minutes.

4. Do you pick up and drop off anywhere on the Gold Coast Highway?
We have 11 locations along the Gold Coast highway for pickup and drop off.  Please refer to locations on the website.  Please phone ahead if you require a specific pickup or drop off.

5. Do all of your services go via the Gold Coast Airport?
Yes, however if there are no pickups or drop offs required we will bypass the Gold Coast Airport.

6. Do you have child capsules and booster seats?
Our services to Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast airport and Byron Bay are operated with vehicles seating more than 12 passengers and it is not a legal requirement for child capsules or booster seats in these vehicles.

7. Do your vehicles have seat belts?
Yes, all of our shuttle buses are fitted with seat belts

8. Do you transport large items like surf boards and bikes?
Yes all of this can be transported at no extra charge.

9. Where do you pick up at the Gold Coast airport?
We pick up at the Northern end of the terminal at the coach transit area.

10. Where do you pick up at Surfers Paradise?
10 Beach Road outside the Brooklyn Depot Cafe.
