On arrival, collect luggage from the baggage carousel. Facing the terminal exit doors, turn left and walk toward the north end of the terminal past the public bus stop. At the end of the building look for the 'Transit Meeting Area' sign under white shade sails — this is where all shuttles park. Byron Bay Express will be in an available bay. Approach the driver, give your name, and they'll assist with luggage.
