From early October to early April, NSW uses daylight saving and Queensland doesn't. Byron Bay is 1 hour ahead of the Gold Coast.

- Southbound Trip 1 departs Gold Coast Airport only. There's no pickup at Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach or Varsity Lakes.
- Northbound Trip 3 finishes at Gold Coast Airport. It doesn't continue to Varsity Lakes, Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise.
- NSW Byron Bay times are NSW time. QLD All other stops are Queensland time.

Why does the bus seem to arrive before it leaves?
During daylight saving (October to April), Byron Bay NSW is 1 hour ahead of the Gold Coast QLD. Leaving Byron at 10:00 AM NSW time and arriving at the airport at 9:50 AM QLD time is a 50-minute trip.
What if my flight is delayed?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to move you to the next available service. Allow at least 30 minutes between your flight landing and your shuttle departure.
Can I change my departure time after booking?
Yes. Use our online booking portal with your booking reference and original email to reschedule at no charge, subject to availability.
